DESIGN ARRANGEMENTS
A professional design starts from its packaging and arrangement, we are here to guide our Architects on how they go about the documentation of their various designs.
DESIGN MAKEUP
In the downloadable zip file given after purchase, the cover page, floor plan(s), working drawing(s), schedules which can be for object, doors, windows, and so on, roof plan, roof members (if any), concrete facial (if any), sections, elevations and dwg file for all floor plans of the building for structural drawing with no structural design, and no site plan are what the architect will provide for our client.
NOTE:
Numbering of sheets is very important so as to guide our clients in the packaging and arrangement of designs after print out.
AEEDICPLA COVER PAGE PATTERN
This image below describes the pattern of the cover page pattern all AEEDICPLA Architect must follow. It must not be exactly as we displayed, provided that the two 3d rendering is displayed and neatly arranged, we will get your design approved.
NOTE: choice of font is optional but must follow this cover page pattern.
CAUSION PAGE
This page must be provided by the AAEDICPLA Architect to the clients to caution the client and make sure they see the need of inviting an Architect and other professionals in the building industry. Let the client understand that they must work with a professional architect to interpret and arrange the design, see to the proper approval and sealing of the design by a certified Architect, and supervise the design on site, engineers for the structural, mechanical and electrical drawings of the design, builders and surveyors to see that they erect a standard and durable edifice.

AEEDICPLA PANEL DESIGN PATTERN
After you have been VERIFIED to be an AEEDICPLA Architect, the architect must make use of his or her architectural firm panel pattern (with required details: name of the architect, design title, architectural design brand or firm logo must be attached in the panel, architectural seal if the architect have secured the seal, name of client space must be left empty for client to have their name attached, the date of design completion, contact and location of firm or company can be attached.
NOTE:
Architects that affiliate with AEEDICPLA which have secured an architectural seal is free to attach or watermark his or her architectural seal, Architectural seal is optional.
Supervising architect of our client must ensure that the said design gotten from AEEDICPLA by clients must be sealed if the said design isn’t sealed by the AEEDICPLA Vendor Architect.
AEEDICPLA INTERIOR / EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE VIEWS PATTERN
The exterior or interior perspective can be single, two, three or more, depending on the Architect`s choice of display. No perspective views either the interior or the exterior must be in a single sheet, each view must occupy a full sheet in portrait form which can be in A3 or A2, it can be single, two, three or more sheets.

PACKAGING AND ARRANGEMENT OF DESIGNS
Sheets must be well arranged and numbered accordingly:

THE COVER PAGE;
THE EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVES;
THE INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE (if any) CAUTION SHEET THE FLOOR PLANS sheet WITH WORKING DRAWING[S];
THE ROOF PLAN sheet;
THE ROOM MEMBERS sheet (if any);
THE CONCRETE FACIAL OR PARAPET WALL sheet (if any);
THE ELEVATIONS sheet;
THE SECTIONS sheet;
THE DOOR AND WINDOW SCHEDULES AND OTHER SCHEDULES sheet; and
THE SEPTIC TANK PLAN.
DWG FILE OF ALL FLOOR PLANS
NOTE:
Once admin fails to approve your design, just have it in mind that you have gone against our rules of documentation. All you have to do is to visit our documentation page to properly rectify your file arrangement. Sheets should be well numbered according to the listed sheets arrangement
DWG file that contains the floor plans of that particular design must be provided by the AEEDICPLA Architect in the pdf zipped file for clients to hand them over to the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineer for the structural, mechanical and electrical drawing to be carried out.
BUILDING PLAN DETAILS
Details of the building should be specified. What the building is made up, the building spaces on working drawing and land size that can contain the particular building if 3m set back on the east and west elevation, 6m on the south elevation and 4m set back on the north elevation are done when calculating for the land size.
NOTE:
Part of the exterior perspective that shows all the Elevations – East, West, North and South, are to be shown on the cover page.
VENDOR ARCHITECTS
The vendor architects are professional architects verified by AEEDICPLA to expose and explore their creative and aesthetical edifice. Once verified and they agree to our terms and conditions, the architect automatically becomes an AEEDICPLA Architect. We approve architects that have HND, BSc, MSc and PhD in architecture who brushed themselves up in playing with cads and doing wonders with forms. AEEDICPLA has made it a point of duty to expose and explore their creative and aesthetical edifice to the world for our clients all over the world to purchase and realize on site.
AEEDICPLA ARCHITECT`S COMPENSATION
An AEEDICPLA Architect is entitled to 70% of the Sum gotten from the design sold to our Clients while AEEDICPLA takes 30% for the site’s services, maintenance and marketing of the platform.
Consistency in Creating and uploading one’s designs will enable an architect to enjoy fully the benefits of this platform. A particular design can be sold as many times as much as it pleases the Architect .
PRICE TAG
An AEEDICPLA Architect has the right to place a price on his or her design respectively.
ANY QUALIFICATION?
We need your CV, attached with high school certificate, Hnd,Ond Bsc,Msc or Phd certificate, three different designs of your creation, starting from the ground floor plans with the working drawings, to the roof plan, roof members, down to the elevations, the sections, window and door schedule, septic tank plan and the rendered 3d of each of those four designs must be provided for a clear review and approval certificate of your Architectural design firm or brand must be provided.
NOTE:
No reply from us after 48hours on your email, simply means that your account was not verified, the issue might be because you provided a fake certificate or that your quality of design couldn’t meet the Architectural professional standard.
ANY VIDEO ANIMATION?
Video animation of any design created is allowed and there is room for publishing of video animation for sale from which AEEDICPLA gets 25% shares while the architect gets 65% shares.
