CLIENT`S EXPECTATIONS

BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF HOUSE PLAN

Only the exterior perspective of the House Plan from all elevations is shown to our Clients,
awaiting full payment and completion of the transaction.

AFTER THE PURCHASE OF HOUSE PLAN

After the building plan is purchased, the Client downloads the zip file containing the building
plan, which comprises all working drawings required to realize the Building on Land with no structural
drawing or design whatsoever.

Our Architects in AEEDICPLA do not hog all the work involved in the construction of a
building. We only provide ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS, expressed in the most creative way
possible.

FOR THE SECTION

The client should expect strip foundation in the section. AEEDICPLA assumes that lands set
aside for construction of any provided structure must have amazing Soil strata, i.e. it should be more
compact than coarse.

NOTE:

Supervising architects, structural engineer and the builders of Our Clients will decide on the type
of foundation which will be suitable for a particular building after a Climatic analysis and soil test of the
site has been carried out . Also, note that the supervising Architect and the builder are in the right
authority to position or orientate the building based on the result gotten from the site analysis assumed to
have already been made.

DWG FILE

DWG file is a file converted from either a graphisoft or an autodesk software which will be
handed over to the structural engineer to embark on the structural design or drawing of the purchased
building plan.

NO SITE PLAN

Because AEEDICPLA has no idea of the size and shape of the Site chosen or prepared for the
building construction, AEEDICPLA will not provide a site plan, the supervising architect is in a
very good position to design the site plan using the survey plan of the site which is assumed to have been
made available and to position the building accordingly.

NOTE ON LAND SIZE

The size of the land which will suit the provided building plan will be specified in the details of the plan. All our Clients are expected to take into serious consideration the size of land specified by Our Architects to avoid buying a building that will cover the proposed land.
If we say 5000sqm is enough for a particular building, make sure your proposed land size is up to or
above 5000sqm to avoid misunderstandings and waste of resource on your part.

NO PROVISION OF BUILDING COST ESTIMATE (BILL OF QUANTITY)

AEEDICPLA accommodates other professions to carry out their various tasks. We all know that quantity surveyors are responsible for provision of building cost estimates. In essence, Clients are expected to work with their choice of quantity Surveyors for accurate cost estimate of the building plan chosen by the client.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

We provides our client with a gateway where the client makes payment for the selected design,
after which the client is taken to a page where the download of the purchased design zip file that contains
all the pdf design files and the dwg file are made.

ADVICE TO AEEDICPLA’s CLIENTS

The building industry Worldwide has so many Professionals who work together to see that a
Structure on paper is realized on land. After the purchase of a building plan, our Clients are advised to
work with other professionals in the building industry starting from the Architects, the Engineers, the
Surveyors, to the Builders.

Architects:

Clients are expected to work with their choice of Architects who will embark on both the site and
the climatic analysis of the site as well, so as to detect the land topography which will help in discovering
the type of foundation suitable for the building in that proposed site and to also determine the orientation
of the building.

NOTE:

Architects chosen by clients are responsible for the design of the site plan, security or gatehouse
design and the approval of the building plan by higher architectural authorities of that particular country
or region and must make sure that the design is sealed if the said design wasn’t sealed by the
AEEDICPLA Architect before the Clients use it on site, the supervision of the building till the
completion of the building. AEEDICPLA only delivers the house plan and gives room for other
professions in the building industry to play their role too.

Engineers

Our Clients should do well to work with all the Engineers necessary for the completion of the
project in their various areas of specialization, i.e. when electrical work is required, an Electrical Engineer is hired and so on.

Surveyors

Before the commencement a Project, the Land to be used is surveyed. For the proper planning,
budgeting and completion of a Project, Surveyors are employed to carry out their various jobs. They are
the Land Surveyors and the Quantity Surveyors who make an estimate of the required materials needed
and accompanying price tag.
Builders

The builders in the building industry have a huge role to play, which our Clients must take note
of. These are professionals that are at the center of the physical building development who make sure that
the processes in building and construction are all followed carefully to realize a structure or an edifice.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO AEEDICPLA’s CLIENTS

Don’t make the mistake of working with an Amateur. Always work with professionals. Countless
architects, engineers, surveyors and builders all over the world are ready to deliver the masterpieces
which our Architects have conceived. Ensure to always work with professionals on any construction
work, even those not provided by AEEDICPLA.
